In 2011, I designed a bespoke week-long 'Commercial & Financial Awareness' Course for a Government Ministry Partner. This course was run for six years and included 21 Courses. Every delegate on every Course had to complete a very detailed Ministry assessment form.

Life Coacher, Roger, was so great! Real empathy, positive, serious and firm with a delicate demeanour and with humour. He loves to listen .... and loves to talk too!
